1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MUSD ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MUSD is a reference tool that provides:

• Currency exchange rate conversion between 29 fiat currencies
• Cryptocurrency price conversion for 8 major cryptocurrencies
• A service fee calculator for currency exchange rate calculations
• A basic arithmetic calculator

The App is designed for informational and reference purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The App does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Exchange rates and cryptocurrency prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party public APIs and may not reflect real-time market rates. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the data provided by this App.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to display accurate exchange rate information:

• Exchange rates are provided by third-party data sources and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete
• Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and may change rapidly
• The App does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
• Different data sources may show different rates for the same currency pair
• Rates displayed may differ from rates offered by banks, exchanges, or other financial institutions

5. Registration & Invitation Code

Certain features of the App require account registration. Registration is by invitation only:

• A valid invitation code is required to create an account
• Each invitation code is single-use and linked to one account
• You may optionally provide your phone number and/or email address during registration
• If you provide an email address, you may verify it via a one-time verification code (OTP)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

6. No Trading or Financial Services

The App:

• Does not facilitate any currency exchange, trading, or financial transactions
• Does not act as a broker, dealer, or intermediary for any financial transactions
• Does not hold, transfer, or process any funds or currencies
• Does not provide any licensed financial services

7. Service Fee Calculator

The service fee calculator feature is a mathematical calculation tool only. It:

• Performs arithmetic calculations based on user-provided inputs
• Does not facilitate, recommend, or endorse any specific service fee rates or business practices
• Is not designed for or intended to support any illegal activity
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this tool complies with all applicable local laws and regulations

8. Feedback

The App provides a feedback feature that allows you to submit suggestions, bug reports, and other feedback to help us improve the App.

• Feedback content is transmitted to the developer and may be used to improve the App
• You may optionally provide contact information (email, phone, or messaging handle) so we can follow up on your feedback
• Feedback submissions are rate-limited to prevent abuse (maximum 2 submissions per 24-hour period)
• By submitting feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and implement your suggestions in the App
• Do not include sensitive personal information, financial details, or passwords in your feedback

9. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• You will not rely solely on the App for any financial decisions
• You are solely responsible for verifying exchange rates with authoritative sources before making any financial transactions
• You understand that exchange rates fluctuate and past rates do not guarantee future rates
• You will not attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the App's services, APIs, or infrastructure
• You will not use automated tools to access the App's services without permission

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in abusive behavior or attempt to exploit the App's services
• Your account is used for unauthorized or illegal purposes

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all server-side account data will be permanently removed.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of QIAOZHI LIN. Exchange rate data is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms of use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on exchange rate data displayed in the App
• We shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
